OneBall Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the OneBall mobile application and related digital services (the “Service” or “App”).

By creating an account and/or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

“User” or “you”: any natural person who creates an account or uses the Service. “Credits”: participation units used to secure a place in a match (not money; non-transferable; not freely cashable). “Subscription”: the optional monthly OneBall Regular or OneBall Plus plan. “Match”: an organised football activity with a specific kick-off date and time as shown in the App.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity under the Greek Civil Code to create an account and to buy Credits, start or renew a Subscription, or make any other paid purchase in the App. At signup we ask for your date of birth and store your age only (no more age-verification data than needed). We may refuse or cancel transactions where we reasonably doubt eligibility.

You must provide true, accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse or inaccurate information, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.

OneBall is a platform for organising and joining football matches (including casual and competitive modes), with map, chat, teams, standings and related features. The Service facilitates real-world sports activities at pitches; it is not gambling or a financial service.

Optional monthly plans billed via Stripe:

• OneBall Regular: €24.99/month — 4 Credits per billing cycle, 6-hour early access to new listings, casual cancellation up to 60 minutes before kick-off.
• OneBall Plus: €54.99/month — 10 Credits per cycle, 24-hour early access, same 60-minute casual cancellation window.

Subscription Credits are granted at the start of each cycle and do not roll over. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in the App before renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Where EU consumer law grants a 14-day withdrawal right for a distance contract for a digital service, that right applies as required by law. If you request immediate performance during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount may be due for the period of use. Statutory rights are not limited by these Terms.

Credits are used to join matches.

• Obtained via Subscription or individual top-up.
• Top-up prices (indicative, VAT included where applicable): €7.00 / Credit without subscription; €6.50 Regular; €6.00 Plus. You may buy 1–100 Credits per transaction.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be cashed out to a bank account.
• Purchased Credits are generally non-refundable in cash, except (a) where EU/Greek consumer law requires otherwise, (b) under match cancellation rules in section 7, or (c) at our discretion after a support request.
• To request a refund, email stefan@oneball.gr with your account email and the receipt / transaction PDF from Profile → Past payments (or match/booking reference).
• Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms.
• Matches with a specific kick-off may fall under the leisure-activity exception in Directive 2011/83/EU; section 7 credit-return windows still apply.

Joining with Credits confirms your spot and consumes the Credit.

Casual: subscribers may cancel up to 60 minutes before kick-off for a full Credit refund; non-subscribers up to 120 minutes. Later cancellations are not Credit-refundable.

Competition / team: minimum 7 confirmed paid players per team under App rules. Both teams must be confirmed at least 2 hours before kick-off; otherwise paid entries are automatically Credit-refunded.

We may cancel matches for venue issues, insufficient players, weather or force majeure; affected Users receive a full Credit refund.

We may change prices for subscriptions, Credits and fees, giving at least 30 days’ notice of material changes affecting active subscriptions.

Treat players, referees and venue staff with respect. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing behaviour, booking abuse and unauthorised access attempts are prohibited and may lead to restriction or termination, subject to mandatory consumer law.

In-app messaging is powered by Stream Chat. Do not send spam, harmful, illegal or infringing content, or share others’ personal data without a lawful basis. We may review reports and restrict access for violations. Report illegal or abusive content to stefan@oneball.gr.

Software, branding, design and App content belong to the Provider or its licensors and are protected by IP law. Unauthorised copying, modification or exploitation is prohibited.

Football involves inherent risk of injury. You participate at your own risk and must assess your fitness to play. The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by mandatory Greek and EU law, we are not liable for injuries during games, other users’ acts or third-party failures. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including, where prohibition applies, death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by Greek law and applicable EU law. Courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protective venue rules. Good-faith negotiation is encouraged first. EU consumers may use the European ODR platform where available.

Material changes will be communicated in the App and/or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless the law requires express re-consent. We may ask you to re-accept a new version.
