By accessing and using OneBall, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

OneBall is a mobile application that facilitates pickup football games. The service allows users to find, join, and organize football matches in their area.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Credits and Payments

OneBall uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased with real currency and are used to join games. Credit prices vary based on your subscription tier. All purchases are processed through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Early-Bird Offer

Users who join the waitlist before launch may be eligible for promotional credit pricing. This offer is subject to change and may be modified or discontinued at any time. The promotional price applies for 3 months from account creation.

6. Referees

Referees are independent contractors compensated under the Greek Titlos Ktisis (Τίτλος Κτήσης) framework. Referee applications are subject to approval. OneBall reserves the right to accept or reject any referee application.

7. User Conduct

Users must conduct themselves respectfully during matches and within the app. Abusive behaviour, cheating, or violation of fair play principles may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

OneBall provides a platform for organizing football matches. Participation in matches is at your own risk. OneBall is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during matches.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thessaloniki.
